The hair tangles
Wigs were not plucked after I paid customisation fee for 2wigs (500), I went to the store and asked if I could get customised, the lady lied and said customise means bleaching alone after I had confirmed with them on their official page. I was then told to take the wigs back and will get them done right and also get a gift but it just seems like they were returned as they were with no gifts as they had promised. My experience was one of the worst experiences ever and I spent extra money for nothing, just dealing with dishonest people
The hair is exactly as in pictures I love them
I love it but the wig is shedding a lot . And since it’s double drawn and it’s the first time installing it I wonder what will happen for the next couple of months when I reinstall it again . Is there anything I can do maybe ?
